Dance

On Wednesday nights Karson goes to dance. She is taking poms and jazz. This past week was parents night. Normally you are not allowed to go in and see what they are doing but this week we got to go inside. There are 9 other girls in her class and for her first year she is really doing great. They are working on stretching their bodies so they can do splits and the basics of the moves for their routines. I can't wait to see how much they learn for the recital in April.

Jamie's Christmas Present

Last week Jamie and I went to Circuit City to pick out his Christmas Present. It had to be great because of what I got. He decided that he wanted a new tv. I was thinking maybe a 40 inch. We go to the store and Zachary and I sit down on a couch and watch tv while he was looking and talking to the store people. A teacher from work comes in and we start talking. Jamie says he is ready to go. When we get in the car I am shocked to find out that he has already purchase a 50 inch flat screen tv and we need to go home and get his truck because it will not fit into my van. This is the very first tv we have ever bought for ourself!! Hopefully for the price it will last forever:)

Decorating the Tree

On the Saturday after Thanksgiving we put up our Christmas Tree. It is an aritifical tree that we bought several years ago. It is one of the pre lit kind and it has never really worked right. Anyway, Jamie brought all the stuff inside and the kids and I got busy putting the ornaments on. This is their favorite part and the very first year that I did not rearrange the whole tree after they left the room. Jamie helped them put ornaments on the top and Karson and Andrew did a great job spreading them out. Jamie always does the honor of putting our angel on top. We normally decorate our outside the same day but it was raining so that had to wait!!

Family Pictures

This afternoon we went to Sears and had our family pictures made. This is the first time since Zachary was born that we have had professional family pictures made. They turned out great. I can't wait to go and pick them up on the 17th. I also purchased a package that came with a cd of all the pictures taken, and it gives me written copyright privileges. Enjoy!!
